SWADN is a Frankfurt-based food technology company building an AI-powered platform that carries each person's dietary, allergen and cultural needs and matches restaurant, hotel and store food to them — item by item, in the person's own language.

More than an app — a platform

SWADN is an app for people and a platform for the places they eat and shop. A person keeps their dietary, allergen and cultural needs in a private SWADN profile; restaurants, hotels and stores use SWADN to match their menu or shelf to that profile — showing which options match as they are and which can be adapted. Staff see only the preparation details, never anyone's personal or health data. SWADN runs across the everyday moments where food decisions happen — dining out, cooking at home, shopping, and gatherings — from one shared foundation:

Built for the world's food

SWADN works across many languages, with cultural and regional cuisine context as a first-class part of the platform — not an afterthought. Our aim is simple: anyone, anywhere, in any language, in any region can be offered food that fits them, without ever having to disclose their health data.

Our data foundation combines authoritative nutrition science, canonical recipe knowledge, and geographic-cultural context, so that a recommendation in Frankfurt, Tokyo, or São Paulo reflects the food and culture of that place.
